Museum developments
These architecturally striking galleries enable the Walker Art Gallery to temporary exhibitions of national and international importance. You can find out about the exciting programme of past, present and future exhibitions at the Walker here.
The galleries feature a specially designed space to display works on paper and light sensitive pieces, allowing many important items to be displayed for the first time. There is also an Artbase area, where families can take part in fun free activities linked to the exhibitions, as well as a special exhibition shop.
