The Maritime Dining Rooms

The Merseyside Maritime Museum has now opened its flagship hospitality space, the Maritime Dining Rooms. This newly refurbished space can accommodate 120 people in the restaurant and 200 in the conference space.

With interiors design by local architects Austin-Smith: Lord, the dining rooms have an art deco feel. The dining rooms are located on the fourth floor of the Grade 1 listed museum building and offer breathtaking views of the Three graces, the new Museum of Liverpool and the surrounding docks.

The new menu has been created by Head chef Nigel Paul Smith who has cooked for celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay and Paul Gayler. The dining rooms will offer food that is regional, modern and affordable and has facilities for receptions with drinks and canapés.
