The Cleaning Services section of the Estates Management Department is looking to appoint 3 Team Leaders across the various venues. You and your team of cleaning staff will focus on delivering a high standard of cleaning service to NML’s staff and visitors. With the recent appointment of the Facilities Cleaning Supervisors, this is an exciting time to afford yourself the opportunity to lead, manage and motivate a team of cleaning staff and develop your skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable and flexible, with a pleasant and friendly manner, who is keen to provide support in the delivery of this operational service. You must have excellent observational skills that demonstrate your housekeeping duties are to a high standard. A sound knowledge of Health & Safety standards, cleaning equipment and cleaning products are essential. Literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to undertake basic admin duties. |
