We believe that providing vulnerable children with a positive museum experience can both enhance and inspire their lives. Working in partnership with organisations who support vulnerable children, such as Aigburth Family Centre and Claire House Project, enables us to develop relationships that are both meaningful and long lasting.
Our community outreach programme offers children the opportunity to take part in themed visits, taster sessions and creative projects in one of our museums or within a community setting. We prepare activities to meet the needs and interests of the group and have lots of great collections, themes and exhibitions to inspire them.
