The Skylight gallery links the Wondrous Place and The People's Republic galleries on the second floor.

It is the permanent home of the specially commissioned painting 'The Liverpool Cityscape' by Ben Johnson. Facing the Cityscape is a special exhibition space.

Home Bargains| has sponsored the Skylight gallery special exhibition space for a two year period from 2012, which started with the display of the Liverpool Tapestry|, enabling the space to be used for exhibitions and associated community programmes.
