The Beat Goes Online
The Beat Goes Online was produced by the Institute of Popular Music and supported by the University of Liverpool, National Museums Liverpool, the Arts and Humanities Research Council and English Heritage.
The Beat Goes Online was put together over a ten month period by staff, students and fellows affiliated to the Institute of Popular Music at the University of Liverpool. It has been supported by the University of Liverpool and National Museums Liverpool, with additional support from the Arts and Humanities Research Council of Great Britain and English Heritage.
Many people helped to put the resource together, providing information and undertaking image research as well as writing and editing entire sections.
