Bottle

Bottle, ovoid body, tall funnel neck, thick rim, red polished surface (burnished). No trace of an excavation mark. Assumed to be from Sir Francis Danson's subscriptions to Garstang's excavations at Abydos, 1907-1909. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Chipped rim, pitted, white residue, surface dirt.
