Coffin Fragment

Foot of a mummiform coffin painted with decoration, inside and outside. Stuck to the surface is a rectangular sticker with the printed number 940. There is also remains of another sticker with blue border. Purchased from the de Rustafjaell collection, 1906. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Some splitting of wood, damage to decoration, areas of loss,cracked, straw adhered to base of feet, labels adhered to surface, surface dirt, some textile peeling away
