Eye Inlay

Inlay in the shape of an eye from a coffin. Dark stone socket filled with a separate (loose) inlay of white Egyptian alabaster and set with an obsidian circle to mark the pupil. Date uncertain. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Surface dirt, pitted.
