Copper alloy pivot used to connect together a pair of legs from a folding stool. One end of the pivot has been cast with a stopper while the other has been upset by hammering when the pivot was placed through the holes in the stools legs. 

CONDITION NOTE 1998: Light corrosion, areas of loss, slightly pitted, surface dirt.
