Grey-blue glaze faience cobra head (uraeus) amulet or inlay. Chipped, surface loss, surface dirt. Given via Dr Robert Mond, as a momento of an exhibition organised by the Egypt Exploration Society in the Autumn of 1930, in which the museum helped. From T34.1 in the North Suburb, the house of a man called Hatiay who was Overseer of Works.
