Reddish-brown pottery mould used for the manufacture of small faience objects in the shape of a leaf A small amount of white paste is still visible in the mould cavity. Irregular flat back to mould. Compare with W M Flinders Petrie, Tell el-Amarna (London, 1894), plate XX, no. 533.
