Mrs Cecilia Lock

The sitter is Cecilia Lock (1775-1824). She was the daughter of Emily FitzGerald, Duchess of Leinster (1731-1814) and her second husband William Ogilvie (1740-1832). She married Charles Lock (1770-1804), the second son of William Lock of Norbury (1732–1810).
