Silver gelatin print mounted on card, dated ca. 1917. Image shows theParker-class destroyer, HMS Anzac (G.90), in the River Mersey, with the Liver Building visible in background. The vessel led the 14th Destroyer Flotilla of the Grand Fleet during the First World War and in 1919 was referred to the Royal Australian Navy.
