A medieval strap handle of a jug. The handle is made from a hard fairly fine grey and brown fabric. It is decorated with deep elongated stabbing. Patches of green brown glaze remain. 

The handle was found on the shore at Meols. Meols Catalogue number 3441 (Griffiths, D; Philpott, R; Egan, G, 2007).
