Scarab

Green glazed steatite, now faded brown, scarab shaped seal incised with an image of a gazelle or ibex and two nefer hieroglyphs. Mounted on a gold funda. Pierced through the length for attachment to a finger ring. From British School of Archaeology in Egypt excavations at Deir Rifa, tomb no. 152.
