Sealing of King Den

Fragment of a jar sealing of pale brown clay, bearing the impression of a seal rolled across the surface. Very small threads of textile stuck to the surface in places. Good clear impression. Marked by the excavator in black ink 'T', indicating Tomb T, Petrie's 'Tomb of Den-Setui'. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Incomplete, surface dirt, pitted, vegetal remains on surface.
