William III

This is a portrait of William III, the pair to this is Mary II (LL 3161). The heads of both portraits could be derived from the 1690 - 1691 state portraits by Kneller at Windsor Castle. The Mary II portrait could also have been inspired by the 1685 portrait of Mary II by W Wissing, also at Windsor.
