Wirral Singing Cafés

Join us in the main hall for a perfomance by the Singing Café musicians. 

The Singing Cafés have been running for about 12 years on the Wirral, currently performing regularly at six locations in Heswall, Hoylake, Bebington, Wallasey, Port Sunlight and West Kirby. 

Books of words to well-known songs are distributed, and accompaniment is provided by a piano (usually) and a number of 'lead singers'.

Twice a year these amateur musicians rehearse and put on concerts normally at some of the café venues – some classical pieces, popular songs, the Broadway songbooks, jazz, and a lot more!

This afternoon's performance will be a break away from cafe venues into the gallery!
