International Women's Day event with the Youth Engagement Forum

Celebrate International Women's Day with us!

Join the Youth Engagement Forum for a day full of creative activities and performances focusing on inspirational women and people in your life.

All activities are free and open to everyone to drop in and enjoy.

There'll be live music performances throughout the day in the atrium. 

There'll be creative activities and an instagrammable selfie station where you can post and share your photos using our array of fun props in Education Area 3 throughout the day.

For anyone aged 16+ who wants to learn a new skill, Nicole Marnell will be delivering an introduction to embroidery workshop, where you can embroider straight onto a tote bag yo take home with you, with your very own design inspired by the International Women's Day theme. This workshop is charged for and needs to be booked in advance. 

Afterwards you can continue the International Women's Day celebrations with us at Cass Art in Liverpool One for the private viewing of the Youth Engagement Forum 'United in Art: Celebrations of Women, Inclusion and Empowerment' exhibition from 3-4.30pm. This will be an oppportunity to chat to member of the forum and see the artwork they've created inspired by this year's International Women's Day theme.
